VPN "Login Failed" on ASA 5520

My VPN connection had been working fine until this AM.  Now when users attempt to connect via the AnyConnect client they get a Login Failed message but the credentials are confirmed as good.

 

What could have changed?

Hi Nicholas,

Do you have the exact error users are getting? Can you see on the headend device why the connection is failing? I would also look at DART bundle to see the reason? Any changes you made on ASA?

Would need more data to see what is happening.
