VPN Tunnel between ASA 5525-X and ASA 5520

Hi all,

I have an HQ site with a Cisco ASA 5525-X and a remote site with a Cisco ASA 5520. The point is that in the remote site I have an ADSL with a dynamic IP address. Is it possible to establish a VPN tunnel? I was trying to configure the "vpclient server" command but it is only supported in Cisco ASA 5505 and not in ASA 5520.

Thanks and regards.

David

We can create LAN-LAN VPNs where one end has a DHCP-assigned address. In such a setup, the main site uses a dynamic crypto map. There is a pretty old (but still mostly valid) example in the Cisco support site for the ASA: Link.

Here is a link to the relevant section in the current command reference.
