I am using cisco pix and in other end they are using net nortel. i am trying to configure site to site VPN using pre shared key and i am getting
ISAKMP: error, msg not encrypted

1.Check the identity option ,change it to hostname if configured as ip address
2. Change the ISAKMP key to numeric eg :1234 if alphabetic , probably the Nortel FW does not like special characters or'Cap" letters
