VPN + WIN2K IAS (RADIUS) function query

In my environment, a W2K server using IAS services are used as Radius function for VPN collection. From the standard document, it mentioned that the user assignment is located at the local SAM database. How can if the W2K is joining the Windows NT domain (either NT4 or W2K AD), can I provided authorization function using the domain user instead of local user (SAM) under the original W2K's IAS Server (i.e. Radius Server).

I think it is possible to use the domain user database by registering the IAS servers in Active Directory as members of the RAS and IAS Servers group. Check out this link for more information :
