VPN

Hello,

   I am using a Mac laptop. i have installed a cisco Anyconnect software, after entering the username and password, throws an error like,

1.The VPN connection is not allowed via a local proxy. This can be changed through AnyConnect profile settings.

2. AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again.

Can somebody help here with the  solution.

It sounds like you don't have a direct connection to the Internet.  If you hot spot it to a SmartPhone (or use some other Internet connection) does it work?

    I am using broad-band connection and connected via Wifi sometimes LAN. Problem occurs in both the cases.

Are you able to browse using https to the VPN URL?
