Web Deploy SBL Plugin

Is it possible to web-deploy the SBL plugin with the Anyconnect software such that a user can download the anyconnect software and SBL plugin from the VPN portal.  In the image below you can download the Anyconnect software from vpn portal page but when I try to add the anyconnect-gina web-deploy package to the Anyconnect Client Software on the ASA I get the following error that it is not a valid anyconnect installation package.

It turns out I was trying to upload the wrong file which is why I got the error message it was a zip file.  My question still is the same though can the vpn-gina plugin be web deployed.  All of the available downloads I can find say pre-deploy not web-deploy.
