What is the location that Secure Desktop Manager>Prelogin Policy>Certificate checks for installed certificates?

We have an internal Windows CA and all domain computers have it listed in there Certificate store in their Trusted Root Authorities list, but when I try have host scan do a certificate check it doesn't seem to find it. However if I copy the cert to the local computer>Personal store it is working. Is this the expected behavior is should hast scan be looking in additional stores other than the personal one?

Hostscan does support machine certificates since CSD version 3.5(1043) .

However there was a bug causing it not to check the Trusted Root Authorities, this was fixed in 3.6(095)

If your version is newer then I can only suggest to check the logfiles in

C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Cisco\Cisco HostScan\log

(vista/win7)

or

C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application
Data\Cisco\Cisco HostScan\log

(XP)

And/or open a TAC case...
