What is the SSL VPN packets order in SVC mode?

Tell me please, if computer A sent icmp packet to comptuter B through Internet using SSL VPN SVC mode (Anyconnect in Tunnel Mode). 

What is the SSL VPN packets order will be?

I mean:

Ethernet -> New (external) IP header -> External TCP header -> TLS -> what next?

or may be

Ethernet -> New (external) IP header -> External TCP header -> TLS -> original IP -> ICMP

Which of the options is correct, or none of the options is correct?

Is there HTTPS layer or not? WireShark says it supposedly has:

But I don't believe what WireShark is showing. WireShark may not correctly display decrypted TLS packets.
