while connecting to vpn client getting error 412 remote peer is no longer responding

                   Hi

I am trying to connect via cisco remote vpn client from my office network. I am geeting error code 412 message.My office network has firewall in placed.Can any one suggest configuration on firewall .

Firewall should allow udp ports 500, 4500 through in both directions, and, just in case there's no NAT, protocol 50 (ESP).
