why DSR showing down in my router though leased line is up and pinging end to end.?Here is o/p of "sh int ser".

Router#sh int ser3/4

Serial3/4 is up, line protocol is up

Hardware is CD2430 in sync mode

If things are working fine, this could be a cosmetic bugs, though I was unable to find any. I was also wondering if you are running a very old version of IOS, say something in the 11.x series?
