Wireless, VPN, Domain

I am doing some wireless testing.  I was wondering if the AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client can connect to Wireless, then VPN, and then log into the domain as a single sign-on?

it really depends from where/which wireless the anyconnect is trying to connect to your VPN
