Jim Firanzi
Jim Firanzi is a customer support engineer at the Cisco Technical Assistance Center. He currently works in the Physical Security and Video Surveillance team supporting customers on the Cisco Video Surveillance Manager product line and other video surveillance devices. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the United States Naval Academy as well as CCVP (CCNP-Voice) and CCNA-Voice certification.
