Hi all - this is maybe a general CCO / support access question, but in this case since it affects ironport I'm posting here.
We have several people who may need to contact Cisco for Ironport support issues. We have purchased the boxes and have the support contract # here now.
Can we assign this same support contract # to multiple CCO accounts (assuming everyone here has their own CCO account or will creat one)?
Or do we need to set up a new "generic" CCO account on the Cisco site, update / link the Ironport contract #, and then share that account info here (so anyone in our support loop can contact Cisco for IronPort help).
