Cisco IronPort S170 “No data was found in the selected time range”

I hope I am asking this in the correct place. Recently, our S170 device was reporting that is reporting disk was 96% full, so I thought it would be a good idea to FTP off the log archive for various categories like "access logs" "http logs" etc to create some space.

Since I have done this, all of my dashboards are reporting "No data was found in the selected time range". I can not view any of the logs on the GUI dashboard for anything.

I have re-enabled the logs thinking that they would start to collect fresh data and populate the dashboard but no such luck. I have also rebooted the device. Can anyone suggest a fix for this?

Thank you for your time.

Pulling off WSA logs should not impact WSA reporting. Please create a cisco TAC case for this issue as it does not look like could be fixed via community chat.
