Dear users,
we migrated our license for SMA M300V last year in June to Smart Account Licensing. 2 weeks ago I found this error in the WebUI for Smart Licensing:
Device Led Conversion Status:
| Failed. Reason: Software Tag Not Mapped |
I also got an email from the appliance with the following content:
The Warning message is:
You have 60 day(s) remaining to renew authorization of Smart Licenses.
Note: If Authorization expires the licenses will move to Authorization Expired state and
features will stop working.
You can renew authorization in any one of the following ways:
-- System Administration > Smart Software Licensing > Renew Authorization Now page in the web interface
-- license_smart > renew_auth command in the CLI
Version: 14.2.0-224
When I start the "Renew Authentication" process, I got the same error. Can someone please help me?
