What is the WSA current running version, is this managed by SMA - then what is the Management Version ?

the Current version of WSA is 10.5.2 and it is managed using SMA Version 11.1.0

I want to find the same one, since i was talking to TAC 3months back, they told with SMA 11.X it is possible to get that report.

Hi,

 

If you need to display users in the WSA built in reporting, one of the requirement to show the users is to have authentication enabled in WSA otherwise in the user reporting, it will only shows the incoming IP addresses.

 

In WSA built in user reporting, WSA can only shows the TOP users transactions, bandwidth used, etc. You can also use Web tracking for Proxy Services and get data for specific users and what traffic that the users are doing or display all users for certain period of time and export that report to PDF/CSV
