Ironport blocking Adobe Acrobat updates

We have an Ironport WSA S650.  For some reason we are unable to do Adobe acrobat updates.  If I grep the IP of my host I do see where the traffic is being denied but it doesn't indicate the category from which it's blocked.  I ran it thru the policy trace from the gui and it states the URL is permitted and I also took the URL and pasted into IE and it downloads the update just fine.  So what gives?

I've attached the grep output.

Thanks.

Joe,

Could you add the custom tag to the Access Log subscriptions to log user agent string using "%u" in the custom tag field.

WebUI menu: System Administration > Log Subcriptions > Access Log

Once the user agent tag is added, reproduce the issue by manually forcing Acrobat to update and check the access log.

Also, run the test by accessing the URL directly from the browser like what you did previously and gather the access log.

Maybe we can see the difference on both activities.

Thanks Donny for your assistance.  We have resolved the issue.
