Ironport C370 Password Recovery Method

I have one unit of Ironport C370 Demo unit, unfortunately the previous loaner had change the username and password and unable to recall it.

I try to login using https or ssh, both require to place username and password.

Is there any alternative method to recover it?

I manage to found a method, but it require me to login into SSH

Hi,

You can try to contact TAC and they might be able to help you reset the password without resetting the complete appliance. However you would need to login through console to do the password reset.
