Solved: Re: IronPort S670s Reloading

Hi,

Since the weekend both our S670 appliances have started reloading, it's not a power issue.

They're both running 7.1.3-021 for Web

And are both receiving a Sophos update error since the weekend.

I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this and if the fix is known?

As of 10/10/2013, there was also a Sophos patch that should be available as an upgrade to repair the issue. Alternatively, you may request for assistance from TAC.

Raised a TAC with Cisco, they remotely accessed and applied the fix.
