We have a problem that no one will remember when the licensing will expired, can ironport send email to notify user when the license is almost expired. If not is there any other alternative way like using third party softwar?

This capability is already there.
Make sure you set the mail relay under Network>Internal SMTP Relay
Add an Alert recipient under System Administration > Alerts, and make sure they're set up for at least Warnings (I get them all, and its not overly chatty)

then can manually set the alert date, like 3 months before the license is expired? Cause we might need to contact sales and get approve from the HR department to renew the licensing.
