Lost Password IronPort Serie S

I forgot the password for the admin IronPort now I can not connect anymore. Does anyone know how I go back to the factory setting?

I try find in doc but i dont find

model: S160

Hi Maiquel,

resetting to factory default woun't help for a lost Admin password. You have contact customer support and they will give you a one-time password that can only be used on the serial port. Within this procedure you can then set a new Admin password and you're back in.
