Report - Web Tracking - Data is currently unavailable

Hi All,

 

I'm using WSA - Cisco S100V. 

 

Under Reporting - Web Tracking - I'm trying to track user usage but it shows me Data is currently unavailable. 

 

Anyone can help ? Thank you.

Hi,

 

Do you see any web tracking data at all on other dates or any dates (choose the time range).

If you dont see any web tracking data at all even selected 30 days or custom dates (fro example), there is a good chance that you have web tracking database issue.

If that is the case i would recommend to contact TAC support for them to check your web tracking database from the backend.
