site whitelisting on WSA S170

I have whitelisted a web page on WSA s170, and users are able to see the page but they cannot upload a file on that specific webpage

What kind of Files your Try to upload, Do you have Policies to allow that files ?

there are just an excel files.

Login to console

>grep 

option 1 for access.logs

> ip address you uploading

> Enter 

> enter

> Y

upload the files and post the logs here to see what is blocking.
