Upgrade WSA virtual appliance from 8.0 to 8.5

Is it possible to upgrade a 8.0.6 version of WSA virtual Appliance to a 8.5?

In the upgrade menu it says " no upgrade available"

Yes, it is possible, however you will need to open a TAC case since version 8.5 is still early deployment state and not available to all customer however available for customer who requesting it to test.

TAC will need to contact their escalation to manually provision that version to your device serial number.
