WSA proxy CPU value issues

Hello,

Unfortunately the proxy cpu value which is displayed on WSA is different than the value that we can see on the shd logs.

At the same time, we observe that the proxy cpu displays unrealistic values like 50.000% or --%.

On the snmp logs, we also have different values.

It drives me crazy really haha, do you have any idea how is that possible? has anyone else similar symptoms?

We are running 14.0.1-053 code.

Thanks for reading btw!

Hi @spacemeb

we have couple of CPU values and process Values in the WSA

[1] In SHD_LOG the CPULd is average of CPU load in 1 minute.

[2] In SHD_LOG the ProxLD is average of Proxy process load in 1 minute.

[3] in rate command the Proxy CPU is the Proxy process load on that exact time

[4] In Status Detail, the CPU load is the amount of exact CPU load on the time when you run the command

you can check the MIBs from - AsyncOS MIB Info for WSA (.txt files) in :   Cisco Secure Web Appliance - Cisco

Also this link might be a help : Proactively Monitoring Performance of WSA Using SNMP - Cisco
