how i can download WSA trial /Demo version

i do not have any special account !

You should have CCO acocunt with Permission, or contact local SE to help you, so they can provide you with image with trail License for evaluation.

Ok you mean if someone has a CCIE Written consequently has a CCO account
but what is permission ? from where this permission should be taken ?
