WSA virtual appliance deployment issue

Hi  Team,

We have deployed a WSA virtual appliance in one of our partner's private cloud environment using S600V OVA file and in transparent mode. But it seems like the vm hangs frequently from the day one. During that time it becomes inaccessible and no traffic passes through it during that time. To solve it needs to restart the VM from the vCenter. There are 80+ vms in that cloud infrastructure and none other has this type of problem. We are not sure in which level (OVA /VM /resource / configuration etc) the problem is. Any idea of it?

For your information we have deployed it in last week and we faces this problem in each day. Do we need to raise a TAC case?

Yes, you should raise TAC case. I've been running WSA vms since they were released, including most of the betas and they don't just hang....
