Collaboration Meeting Room for Basic License

I'm not sure if this post is the correct location, but I'll see what kind of feedback I get from my question...

I need to move users from having a Webex Suite license over to a Basic License. Will these users still have access to Collaboration Meeting Rooms (Webex room kits) to conduct their meetings?
