I have a Cisco TAC Case open because we ran into an issue on May 30th with our Webex Contact Center Admins and wasn't sure if anyone else is running into the same issue. Before May 30th, those with Contact Center admin privileges could create and download Customer Experience Surveys from Webex Control Hub - Contact Center. After May 30th, Contact Center admin users can create a Customer Experience Survey but can no longer download the results of the survey. For them to be able to download the survey they need Full Admin access to the organization. Has anyone else ran into or is experiencing this issue? Bug Reference is CSCwk58232.
The other interesting point is when I opened the TAC Case backend engineering came back and said this is by design. Apparently, they are working on a feature change so the only users who can download the Customer Experience survey results are those who have Full Admin rights to the organization. This really does not make sense to me as it goes against the concept of least privilege. Can anyone from Cisco speak to why this feature change is being made? And why someone who only needs Contact Center admin privileges will now need full admin rights to the organization to download surveys?
