We are running CWMS 2.8.1.3118 - We are needing to change the Public IPs. We changed the Virtual IP settings, the gateway there is grayed out. But changed the new gateway settings on the virtual machine settings, But the IP there is grayed out.
We then change the DNS records to reflect the new IPs, however it is complaining that the machine is down and DNS needs to be changed?
Is there anyway to just change the IP information that is grayed out like any other normal IP change? Why do they gray them out?
