Kindly request to let me know difference between CS-KIT-K9 and CS-KIT-MINI-K9.

The CS-KIT-K9 is the Room Kit. It includes a camera/soundbar/mic, works with dual monitors and dual inputs, and will do both SpeakerTrack and Best Overview. It's camera has 3x zoom and a 83 degree field-of-view.
The CS-KIT-MINI-K9 is the Room Kit Mini, which is a completely different device. It's includes the camera/soundbar/mic, but only works with one monitor and one input. It does not do SpeakerTrack, only Best Overview. It's camera has a 2x zoom and a 120 degree field-of-view.
The Room Kit is a for a mid-sized conference room (around 5-10 people at a conference table). The Room Kit Mini is for small huddle spaces and small conference rooms (2-5 people at a table, or a desk that is closer to the camera). The wider field of view on the Room Kit Mini works well in tight quarters and rooms where the table and chairs are closer to the camera. The Room Kit allows for a larger room than the Room Kit Mini, but does not have the zoom capabilities for very deep rooms, in which the Room Kit Plus with the Quad Camera or a P60 would be best suited.

As per my understanding there is no difference, Mini is only spare.
