Error when connecting with OneDrive Integration

Hi all,

 

we are a small organization wanting to use the OneDrive integration feature for Webex Teams so that we can collaboratively work on files. We have started to roll our this feature in our organization but are now receiving on 5 out of 6 computers the same error. The error appears when we try to add an account under settings -> integration, a pop-up opens with a message: "Can't connect to OneDrive. We encountered a problem while trying to connect your account" 

 

I have checked the control hub -> OneDrive is enabled for all users. I have set-up OneDrive on all computers and checked permission settings there -> Webex is listed and enabled. 

 

I would be glad for any hints or fixes!

Maybe you already checked this, but did your Azure admin manually add “Webex Teams Enterprise Content Management” under “Enterprise Applications” on the Azure portal?
