Hi Community,

how to change the settings to be able joing more Webex Meetings simultaneously?
I have found an officiall article telling me its not possible.

https://help.webex.com/en-US/article/WBX72012/Can-I-Host-Two-Meetings-at-the-Same-Time-with-the-Same-Login?

Is there any global settings where for one host more meeting license will be used?

Thank you for your reply.

You can join as host more than one meeting with the older Webex Desktop App.  Eventually this App will be deprecated, hopefully after Cisco allows the Webex App this same ability,  but I'll link executables here for you as it's harder to find.

Windows

Also, vote up these two IDEAS and add comments so Cisco knows why this is important.

Customers- note this is one of several similar ideas if you search for "WebEx" and  "multiple"

@krizvite the default setting for hosts is limited to host only 1 meeting at a time.  As @Roger Kallberg mentioned, you can join other meetings as an attendee if needed.

Hi Kathy, yes for sure. This is what even the article tell us. Imagine one scenario:
Me with Webex Meeting License planning more meetings in the same time. I add as co-host other colleagues with webex meeting license. From the webex cloud I see my email/ name planing the meeting. Which license will be used for the meeting? My webex license or the license of the co-host user.

Or what happend if the co-host user has not a webex meeting license. What is behaviour of the webex cloud?

Thank you for your reply.

A co-host must as far as I know be defined to have the role of Host assigned in the back-end system. Again from what I know you would not be able to define a co-host for a meeting for a user that is assigned the role Attendee.

AFAIK it is a limitation in the Webex application. I think that you possibly could join a second, or even more, meeting via the browser "client", aka join the meeting from a web browser and not via the application.
