I have a partner asking about duplicate entries for scheduled meetings with recurrence. In trouble shooting it's looking like user error by actually scheduling more than one meeting. Though it is a little odd in that in their outlook the duplicate appears to come through as an invite and displays as being from Cisco Webex messenger@webex.com. On our enterprise site the same meeting ID in the partners account shows it was created by the partner. My question is what would cause an invite to show as coming from Cisco Webex messenger@webex.com and not the partners name and email?
