"Call Me" vs "Call Using Computer" - which is more reliable?

Which audio connection is more reliable:

• "Call Me"
• "I will Call In"
• "Call Using Computer"

I assume if a participant's internet connection is slow, then "Call Me" is better, going to their landline or mobile phone.

But if a participant's internet connection is fast, what does Cisco recommend?
