I dont think so. The users should be able to get all their pre-booked meetings as the login is not changing. If you see in the webex site admin, the user email will be the users account name. All you do is use a single, common set of credentials for Webex applications in your organization.
To clarify the question a little, we have users signing on with user@domain.com which will match their user name using SSO. will the users need to reschedule all their meetings?
