Unable to assign Location administrator in WebEx Control Hub

Hello Team,

 

We were able to assign Location administrator Role for a User in WebEx Control Hub but unable to save that changes.

Hi there, 

Have you checked if you're encountering any errors while saving the changes? Typically, the control hub provides a small widget with success or failure details at the bottom right corner.

You might also want to try using a different browser or incognito/private window.

Since it's cloud-based, sometimes simply retrying after a period of time may resolve the issue.

Hello madhusudhanam,

Perfrom the following steps to Add administrators to one location

1 Sign in to Control Hub, then under Management, select Locations.

2 Select a location.

3 In the Admins pane, click Add.

4 Type all or part of the user's name. You can add up to 5 users at a time.

5 Click Save.
