Unable to claim user

We have configured verification for our organization in our DNS and confirmed it in the Webex interface. We have also successfully claimed a user before. When trying to claim a specific person's email, we get the following error message:

 abc@xyz.org: unexpected error, status: 403, error code:, description: . TrackingID: ATLAS_c5898735-1613-7af1-2805-912b8932639b_1

 

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Open a case with TAC - Webex team. Provide them your Org info and user you are trying to claim as well as this Tracking ID. They should quickly be able to see what is going on and how to resolve.
