Users occasionally get "old interface" upon starting meeting. Floating buttons instead of lower panel.

I have a VIP user in MyDA, Win10, Joining from App, V40.8 who sometimes gets the older control interface. Has anyone seen this happen? Found a cause by chance?

@Clinton Vadnais , is this happening when users are joining meetings that are hosted on another Webex site (that is still on an older Webex version)?
When joining a meeting hosted on another Webex site, the Webex app will automatically upgrade or downgrade in order to match the version used by the Webex site of the organizer.

Thank you. I have the same though about it. I will have to see if I can find out. I think the answer may be no. Was it 40.8 that last had the round button layout? Or was it earlier?
