Users that don't appear in the list to be added to a breakout room

I am the Webex Admin for an EDU, and I've had a few reports from our faculty that when they attempt to put students into a breakout room, certain students don't appear on the list, however, when reviewing the troubleshooting in the control hub, they do appear as part of the meeting.  Any ideas?

This can be caused if they are trying to join the meeting using Webex Teams. Hopefully as Cisco integrates Webex into a more cohesive app, this issue will go away.  User's also can't be moved into Breakout Rooms if they join using audio only.  Your logs will show you how they join.
