Webex Device Calling video conferencing system IP address

Hello everyone,

I just want to know, since I didn't find any information related to this in cisco website, if room kit system using Webex device license can call a video conferencing system by using only its IP address ?

Yes you can. When you schedule the Webex invite you will see IP address info.

maybe I badly worded my question, I was wondering if we can, from the webex codec, call an IP address, contacted TAC and they're saying that I can only call SIP URI addresses and webex rooms, that's it
