Webex Edge Connect

Hi Group, 

I've been searching to see if there is an indicator that shows a customers WX site as being enabled with Edge Connect (not Edge Audio).

 

Does this appear in the control hub somewhere or in another area that a T1 support agent could view?

 

Appreciate any screenshots or info.

Hi,

There is no option or parameter in Webex Control Hub that can indicate whether Customer has Webex Edge Connect enabled.

Just confirmed with Cisco Team. It is on the backlog to expose some information about the Connect link on Control Hub. They don't have any time frames on this though.
