Webex Hybrid Calendar Service: Expressway registration failure

I have been attempting to set up the Expressway portion of the Webex Hybrid Calendar Service. I got to the point where it gave me the message on the Hybrid Services page in Expressway that all of the prerequisites have been satisfied and to click the "Register" button to complete the registration, as shown below:

When I clicked the "Register" button, I received the following message:

Advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I actually resolved this issue: The problem was that our DNS server didn't have the Expressway-C's hostname in its records. Once we put that in, it went through.

H i, i need this AA record ( hostname FQDN)  in Internal DNS ou in External DNS ?

Putting the record in the internal DNS server (no external DNS server was involved there) worked for me.
