WebEx Meeting registration data export

I scheduled a WebEx meeting and set up a registration form to gather data for a post meeting report.  There is an export button to click but the data does not populate the excel sheet as a .csv and I am provided with no other document types to save it to my computer.  Can someone direct me to information that includes procedure for exporting registration data from WebEx meeting.
