Webex Meeting transfer file grayed out

Hi, I was trying to transfer a file in a webex meeting room, but I am not able to click "Transfer.." as it is grayer out, as shown in the screenshot below. Is any setting needed to be enabled so that I can transfer a file in a webex meeting?

I had this issue in a meeting I was hosting today. Finally learned that if content is being shared (i.e. PowerPoint) the file transfer is disabled. If you stop sharing content, the Transfer option will be available to you. If you had a document in the File Transfer box and then started sharing content, you will have to reupload the document in order for participants to have access to it. Documents are removed once content is shared. Hope this is helpful to others who experience this issue!

What was your role in the meeting?

  If you weren't the host then privileges may not have been turned on for you to transfer a file.

What if you are the host and it's greyed out?

you must have a presenter role to be able to transfer file

so no one know how to solve the issue?
