We currently have a Meetings site (users managed in Meetings Administration). Users use Meetings Desktop App and as soon as these users start the app, enter the site-id (site.webex.com) the SSO takes over and users login. (SSO with Azure AD)
Now, on a new Meetings site (users managed in Control Hub). Users use Meetings Desktop App and as soon as these users start the app, enter the site-id, SSO does not take over and asks for a e-mail address before it redirects to SSO and users log in.
How can we remove this additional step? Skip the E-mail question and directly login. Control Hub is SSO enabled (Azure AD).
