Hi everyone,
I'm running into an issue where some users in our company do not have the dropdown menu to select "optimize for motion and video" or the "share audio" checkbox when they go to share content in WebEx meetings. I have this option and am on the exact same version of WebEx Meetings as they are 40.11.5.11. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the application for them to be safe but the options are still missing entirely.
Has anyone else ran into this before?
