WebEx productivity tools password safe and automatic login in Citrix

Hi @All,

We've updated our WebEx onprem infrastructure a few weeks ago to 3.0.1.2155.C-AE. After we've update the productivity tools in our citrix environment the password safe and remember function is not working.

Is there any change where these informations were stored? Maybe you know where these informations are stored. Or do you have another small hint for us.

Is this question more relevant at all, since the new webex addon has arrived for outlook?
I know it works pretty well for us.
