Looking to see if there are plans for WebEx Support Center to support workstation cached credentials (supplied by end user) for support sessions where workstation reboots are used. Competing support software solutions/suites such as Logmein offers this so that when a workstation reboot is initiated the remote user does not have to enter the workstation credentials to restore the support session after the reboot is complete. Everything can be done from the support agent end. Many times the remote user is not near their machine while it is being worked on remotely, so to coordinate system reboots can be difficult.
