I have a Weber teams user currently have an issue, which he cannot select a mobile phone to have calls forwarded to. >> Error : Failed to forward to selected number. Reverted to Do not forward calls. … any ideas how to fix that ?

I'm referring to WebEx teams App
on the left side at the bottom of the app you have call settings .. whenever we set the forwarding to mobile we get this error
Failed to forward to selected number. Reverted to Do not forward calls
Calling System is CUCM
As it’s CUCM it would be the call forward all CSS that you should check if it has visibility over call routing that matches the mobile number.
FYI there is nothing named Webex Teams app anymore. Cisco dropped the part “Teams” from the name in mid December.
